The MicroArray Department (MAD) is a fully licensed microarray technology centre with spotted-array and Affymetrix Genechip® platforms. We operate both as platform for research and development and as service center. As a licensed Affymetrix Service Provider, we offer tailor-made services in the field of expression and DNA analysis. Our expertise includes:

• consultancy about the design of your experiment
• production of spotted microarrays on request
• fully licensed use of custom-made or other pre-arrayed spotted micro-arrays
• fully licensed use of Genechips® as official Dutch Affymetrix Service Provider
• validated and optimised technological protocols
• high quality microarray experiments
• transcriptomics data interpretation by confined bioinformatics infrastructure
